Vapor Retarder Installation Bathroom Final (Dampfbremse anbringen Bad Final )

At last the corner of the bathroom with lots of pipes coming thru and cables from attic to the basement is now finish. I started to install the vapor retarder this morning, while hubby was working on our pantry. This is the final vapor retarder installation on this room. That means, the whole second floor is finish with insulation materials and vapor retarder.

This afternoon, hubby finished the pantry and I finished the vapor retarder installation in the bathroom.

Today hubby finished installing the ceiling substructure in our pantry.

Hubby and I continued to do work on the ground floor. Hubby planked the wood-based panels in our pantry. I finished the vapor retarder installation and also finalized the insulation.

Drywall Installation Bathroom 1 (Rigips Installation Bad 1)

Last week, hubby and his dad continued to install the drywall in our bathroom. Part of the walls are now green.

Though there are still a lot of things to be done, I am a lil bit happy to see that atleast our bathroom is starting to look like it's going to be finish SOON. I think this part of the second floor is one of the hardest and longest room to be finish. It is because of all the needed installations like pipes, cables, things like shower, basin, toilet and bathtub should be in place etc.etc.

Today the third room upstairs is almost finish. Drywall installation is finished except on the window side.

Hubby also finished the electric cable installation in the second floor.

The next room will be the bathroom. This might take a lot of time to be finish. Though the water pipes were installed, we still need to finalize our decision regarding the shower (what type of shower division and how big the shower will be, and etc.). On Saturday, our plumbing/heating specialist will visit the building site and check on the needed work to be done.

Meanwhile, hubby, hubby's dad and I are starting to work on the groundfloor. I thought working with insulation materials is already history. Unfortunately I am wrong =( I need to work with it again and again and again. We have some of it left and before we will close the ceiling of the living and dinning room, we decided to put some more insulation materials there. That is what I am going to do on the next few days waaaa...

After doing the normal family errand this morning, hubby met his friends at the building site in the afternoon. Two of them helped him to install the loft ladder and they started the drywall installation in our room.
