Heating System Installation Part 2 (Heizungsinstallation Teil 2)

Our heating system specialist (Starkon) with his helper arrived at 10:45 am at the building site today. Around 11:00 am the head of the team fetched some materials and then was back at 11:20 am.

The goal for this day is to finish the heating system installation, double check on the solar (if everything is working good), before we will close the ceiling part of one the rooms where the pipe is running thru.

The heating system specialist and his team left the building site at around 13:15 pm.

Heating System Installation Part 1 (Heizungsinstallation Teil 1)

Our heating system specialist and his helpers arrived at 9:15 am at the building site. They started the set-up / installation of our heating system. They worked til 4pm.

Laying the Copper Pipe Part 2 (Kupferrohr verlegen Teil 2)

We layed the second copper pipe for our solar collector.

Since this work needs at least three people eventhough it's Sunday, FIL went to the building site and helped us.

Cement Casting for our Solar Cylinder (Betonsockel Giessen für Solarspeicher)

After hubby's work, he and FIL fetched bags of cements from the nearest building supplies store and started the work on casting the cement for our solar cylinder.

They first applied the black foil that protects the floor from moisture and future possible damage.

Laying the Copper Pipe Part 1 (Kupferrohr verlegen Teil 1)

The three of us (FIL, hubby and I) went to the building site today to lay the copper pipe for our solar collector. This can easily be bent and destroyed, therefore, we need to lay it with extra care. We lay it from the attic until the basement. We also put the protection for the copper pipe.

The heating specialist will do the installation hopefully in a week or two. We need to meet him on Monday for the plan. We prepared the copper pipe, so the heating installation process will not waste any time, it will be less work needed for the specialist and less costs on our end :)

Solar Panel Installation Part 1

Early in the morning while on my way back home from Kindergarten, I received a call from our Heating System Installer. He is already on the building site, on the roof :) As soon as I told hubby, he directly go there. I was not able to saw the installation because fil decided to go there too.
