Basement Building Day 3 (Kellerbau Tag 3)

Today I went to the building site around 10:20am to receive the delivery of the Perimeter Insulation materials. And this is how it looks like there:

Street is closed...because no one can pass thru these big trucks.

Basement Building Day 2 (Kellerbau Tag 2)

At around 7:30 am I was already on the building lot. The crane is already parked but the truck with our basement walls is still on its way. The Gussek & Wolts people were already working since 7am. The weather is not so good today, because it is raining... not hard, but still raining. I hope the sun will show up today. But.. based on the Weather forecast, the next day that the sun will come out is next week - Monday.

This is how it looks like when I returned around 9:15 am

One of the basement windows' frame was already installed, when I came back. We actually take it out of from our contract. I talked with the Foreman (Polier) and then he said it is no problem to uninstall it. We took out this window because it is not a tilt-and-turn window (Dreh-kipp).
