Our Counter is Here!

After 6 weeks and 4 days the other part of our kitchen is being delivered. I thought it is now time for me to really be happy. Then UNFORTUNATELY, one niche is AGAIN wrongly ordered. I cannot believe it. I have patience for the first mistake. But TWICE? Are you kidding me? It was frustrating. That means, we need to AGAIN and AGAIN wait for another 4 weeks. I will never order a Kitchen from Sommerlad EVER. To think, they installed a wrong dishwasher. It was not the one we saw or atleast the Sales Person did show us. He said we will receive that kind of dishwasher. But it was not the same. I do not want to destroy the nicely build Kitchen now. But it is for me a really poor Customer Service.


The next delivery schedule for the missing niche will be on the second week of March. Can you imagine that? We bought the Kitchen last October 2015. We had the delivery schedule last middle of December 2015. And it MAYBE finished middle of March 2016. That means... we bought a kitchen which was finally finished in 5 months. That is the WORST Kitchen Customer Service I have ever heard and experienced.
