Bathroom Tiles is Atlast Finished.

Another milestone. Our bathroom tiles is at last finished. It took a lot of time for this one to be accomplished though we have someone to do it for us. The time just did not meet.

Kitchen is Here.

November... I so happy to receive the confirmation that our kitchen will be delivered in the middle of December. I cannot wait for that day. I thought... "Maybe we will move-in before the year ends". Let us see.

During the kitchen delivery and installation, I was not there. I was at work. But hubby was there and was able to check that everything will be fine.

The kitchen delivery and installation took a day and a half. It was nice to see that the kitchen is there. I was so happy. Too bad that the happiness is too short. On the second day, they said that there is a mistake on the ordered parts of the kitchen. They were not able to order our counter. And it will took 4-6 weeks before they will be able to deliver and install it.

WE ARE STILL NOT MOVING IN THIS YEAR =( Frustrations Overflow

I have been struggling about this feeling for the last three Xmas years (2013, 2014 and now 2015). Ok... 2013 is very impossible to move-in since the house is only three months old and everything is still a skeleton debris. But, I was hoping and wishing that it will be last year (2014). But still it did not happen. I thought, it will be very possible for us to move-in before the year 2015 ends. But I was wrong.

The longest time spent in building the same type of house, from the same building company was 2 years and 7 months.

I am totally frustrated about this house building. I'm depressed to think about moving-in anytime or sometime soon.

MY KITCHEN will be delivered this coming Wednesday. MY VERY OWN KITCHEN. The place where I can be myself. It is soooo sad that I cannot cook there yet. I need to wait for that time, WHEN WE WILL EVER MOVE-IN to this house.

I wanna see and visit my family back home soon.

Floorings in our Living and Dinning Room Finished

This is a very big leap of faith for us. Our house's floorings for the whole ground floor is now finished. At last! Our house looks really like a house minus the furnitures and decorations :)

Bathroom Floorings Started

We are hoping that before the kitchen arrives, our bathroom is already finished with floorings. This is just the start of it...

Our Kitchen is Almost Ready

Kitchen is the heart of the house. When it is installed, theoretically the Family can move in. It took sometime for us to decide about how we want our kitchen to be. I am happy to say that at this point, we are almost there.

The Floorings for our Fireplace is Finished.

Floorings for our fireplace is finally finished. Now we are really for the delivery and installation of the floorings in our Dinning and Living area.

Guest's WC is finally Finished.

House building is almost on its end point. Our Guest's WC is done.

Floorings in Bedrooms

Hubby started to install the floorings in our bedroom and started at our first born's bedroom. We are waiting until our youngest son's room is empty before hubby can continue and/or finish it.

Guest's WC

Our Guest's WC is almost done. It only needs floorings, toilet, basin. Hopefully it will be finished before the month ends.

SPOTS Light, Socket and Switches

Hubby installed the spots in our house. He also finished some sockets and switches.

Cement Plasterwork Outside Basement Wall

The people who are working at our outside basement wall finished their job today. Our house looks almost done. It do not have the purple wall from the Jackodur anymore. It only needs to be painted and it is complete.

We bought our Kitchen!

We achieve another milestone in our house building. Today we bought our Kitchen. We planned the kitchen for years already and we have been to around five different Kitchen Stores. We are almost there. The delivery schedule of our Kitchen will be before the year ends. I am very excited. I hope it will be like how we wish it would be. By the way, this will be my very first Kitchen in my life =)

Stairway Assembly

At last our Stairways' delivery and assembly happened. This is actually the second to the last part of completing our dreamhouse. I waited for this for such a long time. For recap, we have been using a temporary building stairway made of metal and wood from the beginning of our house building. It has been two years since then.

Wall Paintings

Hubby's dad is a Painter. He was the one who painted the walls in our bedrooms and now he also finished painting one wall in our Dinning/Living room.

Updates...

Due to my further studies, I was not able to help anymore at the building site. Aside from that, it is now Autumn here and flu is starting to spread in our family. Hubby was also too busy with his work. Good thing that we have his dad who continually finished the wall paper installation, whenever he has spare time.

Last weekend, we were able to decide and buy the wall floorings for our bathroom and WC. Hopefully it will be installed this coming week.

We only have two weeks left before our stairs will arrive. Hubby still need to do a lot of things. We need to also clean-up and prepare the bathroom. We wish to finish it before the delivery of the stairs. We are still deciding what to buy as bathroom facilities and utilities. There are a lot of choices that we need to really see the things in real.

We are also on our way to finalized our Kitchen. We need to order it soon, so we will have a kitchen when we move-in there. They need at least four weeks for that.

Another thing is... after the bathroom is finished, we can then order our room Doors and that need also four weeks until it is delivered.

I wish and pray that we will be able to to make it before Winter.

Base Tiles Laying in

Today parts of the base tiles were installed. It looks totally different with it and for me it looks good. We just need to wait until the doors are installed then we can finally finished the remaining part of the base tiles.

Floor Tiles Laying Lobby Area

It is Friday. Our floor tiles were laid this afternoon. It looks totally different in our lobby area. It feels really good to see good progress about this house building.

Floor Tiles Laying Basement

This afternoon arrived the person who will lay our floor tiles at the Basement area. He worked for two hours and will continue tomorrow for the Lobby area.

Easyputz in Galery

Hubby finished painting our Galery with Easyputz. It is now done and we are just waiting for the schedule of the Tile Setter.

Before that, I also first do the Ceresit CT17 on the groundfloor of our basement. This is used to protect the groundfloor.
